What is a better than a pizza from Pizza Express? Well, OK nothing really. Until the chain arrives in the States, this cookbook ia quite a nice consolation prize.
This visual masterpiece boasts a multitude of recipes for Pizza, (were you expecting curry?) and as if the pizza recipe wasn’t the holy grail, they have graciously included recipes for pasta, delicate salads and puddings. There is a section on the history of the famed Pizza Express chain as well as a section on entertaining.
If you are more of a visual learner, there are gorgeous photos that will get the mouth watering.
